Wow!! This adorable tutu is handmade with 20 yards of tulle in both brown and baby blue. The bottom of the tutu is lined in brown sati which really fluffs it up. The entire tutu has genuine silver crystals all over it. So beautiful!!! Fits sizes 18mo-6T.
